Staff is very rude and didn't listen to my maid of honor or to my sister when she picked dresses They were busy with other people. Dresses were dirty and end up leaving to go to a better bridal shop ; worse store n staff ever

The employees were not helpful I stood forever waiting on someone to help me with a dressing room while several associates walked past me No one helped me with my dress the customer service was poor and the sale or promotion they were having was a rip off I will not be using them for my wedding !
It's not a good idea to just put brides in a bra and slip and b keep opening the door for whoever to see. That is extremely rude and embarrassing and uncomfortable. At least invest in some robes for your customers. I had 2 men standing in front of my dressing room as my stylist kept opening the door to bring in dresses. Unacceptble!!!!! Please fix this because the prices are decent and it's a lovely place! I probably won't be going back considering my experience. I don't want to be embarrassed or exposed again.
Absolutely horrible! The sales associate we dealt with was so out of tune/ flustered/unhelpful. Blamed my niece for pulls on a dress that were spotted before she even tried it on. Alterations came out and literally made me niece cry. Horrific- I tried to call the store--- rang for 10 minutes no answer!!!
Worst customer service ever. Not going into the details but people need better training in customer service. Just because I had one budget in mind the associate made it clear that I wouldn't be able to afford a dress. No help at all. Another bride had the best associated that made it special for her the attention to detail was amazing. It's said when your rushed and no help or attention is given.
