I would recommend Joysclen to everyone!! She took the time to listen to all of our ideas (bride + 4 family members). Upon leaving, it felt as though she wasn't just our bridal consultant but instead apart of our family. She was amazing. Now her manager Stephanie! Very unprofessional. Anytime a manager speaks negatively about her employees to customers is unprofessional. She needs to appreciate her consultants.
Worst experience ever!...First of all scheduled an appointment 9:00 am (as they suggest) to meet with a stylist which I did on there online website for my daughters prom dress and they didn't have us on their schedule as they are having problems with online scheduling...ok took us anyways but not one person was friendly or happy about their job..everyone was just miserable..dress we were interested in had broken zipper...beads falling off..no other dresses in that style/color...they didn't even try to overly please us in any... read more
My students were met with racism. I will never step foot at another David's Bridal.
I will NEVER go back to this store again. I fell in love with a dress and decided to make an appt for the following week to take my bridesmaids and MIL. I had an appointment (which I was early to), yet everyone in the store (and YES they were all walk ins) was being helped, BUT ME. I was getting my own dresses off of the floor and getting in and out of them on my own. To make it even worse I explained my feelings and concerns to "my associate" and it got WORSE! David's Bridal in Saginaw, MI, on Tittabawassee, has the worst customer customer service I have ever experienced!!! I don't recommend anyone to ever go there. Not only were they rude to my Mother, when her dress came in (which she had already paid in full for) She was told that if she didn't pick it up in so many days, they'd be returning it. Didn't like the way they made my future daughter in law feel. She had a horrible experience.
After a 2 hour drive they are rude and said I couldn't shop after 7:30 without an appointment all stuck up and no help
