Every experience I've had at this store has been a nightmare. The staff is not helpful and the consultant I had to help me find a wedding dress was so uninterested. When showing the dresses she was kicking the train around and very pushy with the sales. I did buy a dress which I fully regret every doing, I hate thinking I actually paid them because the experience has been awful. Please DO NOT purchase from this place..the dress quality is awful. Please, don't waste your time or money.

No way Jose...the attendant took one look at my daughter and I and rolled her eyes like we were the Beverley hillbillies lol she said "go over pick out a dress and try it on..."she didn't give 10 damns about our needs I was willing to spend up to $500 but its OK ...I guess she is too rich for the likes of us lol...over in such a fine neighborhood of Bloomfield....
I felt rushed into choosing a dress by the receptionist at the front desk and felt i had no time for alternations and ended up choosing a dress I absolutely hate now. Thanks for ruining my special day with your shitty return policy.
Most horrible experience I have had with any other company in my life ..bought a wedding dress on December 20, 2016 and I'm still waiting to receive my dress beyond pissed off seriously. They should have rushed my order that would have been the right thing to do . If you do buy from David's bridal please buy at a different location other than the one in Dearborn or order online it's better . I order my wedding invitations from David's bridal and they came like 4 days later and buying in store is different than online .
I'm not one to complain about businesses on facebook, but literally the worst customer service I've experienced. Engaged friends, save your time and don't bother with this location.
Wedding/Bridsmaid dress shopping is supposed to be a positive experience, & that is not what I received at this location. I understand that humans make mistakes, but my experience is that once you make a mistake as big as ordering the wrong dress for a bridesmaid, & confusing pricing multiple times, that the company will do what they can to make it right. Don't special order a dress here, They charge an additional $40 to "steam" the dress when it comes in. Customer service was great until the dress arrived. We had Mary, who was also off the day the dress was picked up. Mary is very customer service oriented, however the rest of the staff is by far sub-par. Hope you guys find this review helpful.
