Terrible return policy. My granddaughter got stuck with a dress that she didn't like after she got it home. No refund policy! Not very professional.
We walked in and waited a long time for someone to help us when we had an appointment that had been set up long in advance. The consultant had zero interest in pulling dresses for us but wouldn't allow us to look around. The generic undergarments they have you use for trying on dresses are dirty and falling apart. I bought a prom dress tonight 3/29/16 at David's Bridal on Harbison Blvd. for my daughter at Store # 0207 in Columbia, SC. The dress was $219.00 (all totaled $235.35). A lot of money for me (and I guess most people). I asked the clerk (Caitlin M. - 736307) if I wanted to order the dress and get a new, fresh dress would we have it back before April 23 (prom day). I went to this location on Saturday and I had the worst experience! 1st- Nobody greets you when you walk in, so you DON'T feel welcomed. 2nd- nobody tries to help you. I asked a lady that worked there where I could find wedding dresses that are mainly used for destination weddings/at the beach and she didn't want to help she told me that the dresses I had in my hand were it. 3rd- I went back to look at more dresses on the rack and the lady asks me what I'm looking for and I told her I was just looking and she has the nerve t... read more
Both employees and management are rude. Don't go.
The customer service was rushed. I felt like I was just there for this consultant to get her commission. Once I didn't buy a high priced item brandy instantly got an attitude. Ruined my day and possibly my wedding day.
I have had two terrible experiences with Davids Bridal!!! Two different weddings both nightmares when it came to alterations and brides maids dresses!!!! I would never use them again for anything. Most definitely will not be recommending them either!!!
