Wish I could do negative stars. Hands down the worst customer service I had from my consultant! She had an attitude the whole time, kept bringing dresses we didn't want, kept walking off and didn't help with nothing ... The other consultants were trying to help us more then her. All this lady talked about was her kid's upcoming wedding. She asked nothing about my wedding. I will never recommend anyone here!
Horrible store. Horrible staff. Horrible experience. I am currently in the process of speaking back and forth with David's Bridal Corporate in Pennsylvania and they have been the only help of my whole situation. Out of 6 bridesmaid dresses only TWO fit properly. You couldn't pay me enough money to shop here or recommend the store ever again.
I had an awful experience today. My sales associate was rude and they ordered the wrong dress! If I could return it and go somewhere else I WOULD!
I was extremely excited to come try on wedding dresses yesterday. Made an appointment a week in advance. I had one of my best friends, her young daughter and my mother with me... the lady who helped me told me "to be honest I doesn't like kids, I don't even want grand kids" when I told her the little one was going to be my flower girl.....which was pretty uncalled for and then made me feel awkward that I was some how an inconvenience for her. Worst customer service I've ever had my sister purchased her dress there and so did eight bridesmaids we are told 3 times that alterations are free then we were told alterations are not free that they had to pay somebody to pin the dress they are absolutely ridiculous to have the girls didn't get their dresses three of them were shipped to the wrong place there don't even look like the ones we tried on worst experience of my life I would never recommend them to anybody day of the most horrible people working there they don't... read more
I have had norhing but problems with this store. First they lost all my Bridesmaids measurments so all of them had to come back in to be re-measured. Then when they decided they would give them a discount for all the trouble each dress ended up being a different price. Now, I am in my friends wedding and I kept getting phone calls to come in and order my bridesmaid dress so I did about a month ago and guess what, another girl just got the same dress for half of what I paid for it and David's Bridal refuses to refund me any m... read more
lol this store was a joke. walked into my appt. and was given a few dresses that the salesperson had given me after me telling her kind of what i was looking for. she wasn't getting it at all. after trying on my first dress, the salesperson was no where to be found, my mom had to help me put on the dress and then my second dress, again the salesperson had given someone else to try to help me out. she then left. we saw the girl who was with me working with another group. we decided to leave. very poor customer service. i feel... read more
I'm so disgusted on how someone can walk into a wedding dress shop and not have a group of " bridesmaids" and "maid of honour" and not get serviced , David's bridal did not even acknowledge me cause I didn't have a huge group with me , or even offer me an appointment to "try on" . What an awful experience. No bride should ever have to deal with the level of service this place provides. SAD! SAD! SAD! I had an appt and practically had to locate every item myself. The lady that was supposed to be helping us, would leave and disappear for a very long time before even reappearing again. Then when we finally found a dress, she literally told us to just stop looking at it because it most likely wouldn't arrive in time for the weeding.
