I was so disappointed with this store. We had an appointment to look at bridesmaids dresses. Our consultant was helping two other parties at the same time. We saw her two times the entire time we were there. It was a horrible experience. I would rather pay more for the same dress at a different store. I will never go back there.
Picked my dress on the first go around. Great dress. My 1 star rating is not based on the dress or the service I received during my appointment. My issue is with the dressing rooms. Both times I went to try on the dress- peoples pubic hairs from the carpet got on my dress. Attleboro- please vacuum your dressing rooms! It's thoroughly disgusting to shake peoples nasty hairs off your dress. Can only imagine how much was collected at the bottom of my socks.
I had my pretty woman moment yesterday for the very first time! Went to David's with my sister and granddaughter to look for a couple of ball gowns. It wasn't busy but we got that cold shoulder like we were dressed inappropriately (pretty woman) only we were really chic. But we were dressed in the color of our skin. The store account (a woman of similar color ) acted as a translator between us and the staff. Dear Davids Bridal in Tyler, If your gonna work at bridal shop, helping brides get the perfect dress & also helping the bridesmaids get the right dress that the bride wants..... Don't you think you should have a smile on your face, actually help the customer out & not get rude with me because Im clarifying that this is the dress I need to order!!!! Before coming into the store, I made an appointment for my daughter to try on prom dresses at this location. Her time was allotted for 30 minutes with an associate. I was working during her appointment time but after many visits to several stores and numerous times of trying on dresses, my daughter felt comfortable shopping for a dress on her own at this time. When they say they are ordering you a new dress, that means that they trying to find in another store. Always check it and take it on . You may be getting a used dress. That happened to us on 3 -5 -16 . This was the Franklin store
