It's not even surprising seeing all these bad reviews of this David's bridal. Probably the worst customer service in the capital region. Went there yesterday with my future mother in law and sister in law to find their dresses for my wedding. (We had made an appt). All of your employees are running around with their heads cut off. We had a Bridal party appointment with David's Bridal for a month, when we got there I stood in line for 30 minutes just to say I had an appointment, we were assigned an assistant but she spoke with us once and we never saw her again. 5 girls cleared their schedules for this appointment, we were there for two hours without any assistance. If i could give them a zero rating then I would. I had a terrible experience today. First the little lady that was over the appointment Hannah was very inexperienced and unprofessional. The store manager Tameka was also rude and unprofessional. Will not recommend this store to anyone!!!!!!!!
This was the worst apt ever for my daughters first trip to try on wedding gowns . The girl that was assigned to us was clearly not wanting to be at work. She left my daughter to pull dresses by herself , told us we could only try on 6 dresses. In dressing room after 2 dresses just stood there and didn't help her in and out of dresses, said she was tired. Told my daughter, go look at other places then maybe come back. Don't ever order online from this company. Horrible, Horrible return and exchange policy's! No customer service what so ever! I had to pretty much demand good service over the phone, and then it was given with attitude! I ordered a bustier for my dress fitting, did not fit at all the sizing was all off. Refused to return in store, even though they had the product. They will charge to to mail back a wrong size or exchange, and they will try and make you pay full price and then refund you after. We had an appointment today for a total of 5 bridesmaids and were not helped for 20 minutes after our appt. Our "helper" said she had two appointments already but that "her manager was aware" and pointed us to a room. The room was only big enough for two people, and then she disappeared. One of our bridesmaids is pregnant and she had questioned her about maternity dresses and she sad she didn't have time to help her look, and to go ask someone else. I have never written a negative online review before, however, my experience today warranted a post about David's Bridal in Toledo. Today was my third visit trying to order bridesmaid dresses for my 10 bridesmaids. The first time the manager worked with me, obviously unhappily, because myself and my maid of honor stopped in to look around without an appointment.
