Bad customer service. We live an hour and a half away and just found out my wife's dress came in which is paid in full. We can't get there for 2 weeks and they said if we do not come in the next week they will put it back on the shelf and we will have to re order. Really you can't hold it? It's really taking up that much space?
Very rude my sister was looking for her dress and the employees was very snoty
This place is a joke!!! Can't believe they are still in business. Associates are so rude and even the manager acts like she can't be bothered. Will be getting my dresses elsewhere!!!!
