I had the best experience at David's Bridal, even with the store being very busy all of the staff was extremely helpful and friendly! I was working with Betty and not only did she find a dress for me within my budget it was well under my budget actually, but it was also exactly what I was looking for. I would highly recommend this store and Betty, she was fabulous!
I had the best experience today!!! We found bridesmaid dresses with in an hour and I said yes to the dress myself!!! Everyone was so helpful and honest. It was a great day and experience!!!
I am a wedding planner in Dayton, Ohio, and brought my clients to your shop in May to search for the bride's dress for a 25th anniversary vow renewal and the Maid-of-Honor's dress. While I understand our appointment was on a Saturday, we were assigned a consultant who was helping another bride. When I went to get my wedding dress back in February it was super busy, I couldn't get back and forth to my dressing room. My consultant was nice but not fully interested in me bc she had other brides. I felt rushed & that sucked. Went back for bridesmaid dresses, again busy, for 8 bridesmaids we had one room. (While others were open) Again the consultant wasn't interested and she didn't do anything for us. I picked all the dresses. I had a wonderful experience shopping for my bridesmaids. Great customer service! They also made things easier for the bridesmaids by adding everything to my whishlist so they could order things off the website as well.
My very first time at any bridal store looking for my dream wedding dress and I found it at Davids bridal!! My consultant, Miranda, was very helpful and kind. She was patient with me and surprisingly I picked the 2nd dress i tried on, it was perfect!! I was greeted with a smile and professionalism.
