I had my alterations appointment yesterday and I just wanted to say that the woman was so wonderful with me. I am a height challenged person and she worked with my dress which had multiple layers until it was pinned perfectly for it to be altered to fit me like a glove. Thank you Marvella!! My daughter and I went to my wedding dress appointment and everybody there was very helpful, wonderful, and really listened to what I wanted in my dress. With that said I found the perfect dress for my wedding day comma in my price range, and I got to ring the bell as I said yes to this dress!
This place is crazy busy and some disorganization but my stylist that assisted me was analyzing!!! Arianna did an awesome job with my bridal crew even though she was getting pulled in multiple directions. Some of the other staff members were very rude to her in front of myself and my bridal party. This attitude is very unprofessional and Arianna deserves more positive compliments as she was busting her butt! Way to go Arianna!!!
Had a appointment scheduled within one day from when I called. Customer service was wonderful. And the girl who helped me, Abby, was great. She was very patient with me and helpful and made me feel very welcome and important. Only downfall was they didn’t have the dress I wanted that I found on their website because it was a newer dress. But overall I had a great experience. I would definitely recommend David’s Bridal!
They had me in and out with a smile going both ways! I had Stephen as my stylist and he was absolutely amazing! He let me pick out the styles i liked and was very patient with me as i tried them on and spent what felt like forever in each of them to decide which one was MY dress. Right as I was getting ready to settle for what i felt was right, here he comes with my beautiful dress and it was everything that i wanted.
