The staff was very congenial & helpful and an ample amount of prom dresses to chose from. The reason I gave a 4 star rating instead of 5 was the long wait for a fitting room. It was a crowded day to be fair & they did break up rooms into prom n � weddings. I feel since you do sign in there had to be a better system for trying on dresses if not for a wedding. Other than that I totally recommend for proms as for weddings I can’t comment on.

I came in tonight with my bridal party and we had Maddison who was absolutely amazing very helpful making sure I found the dresses I wanted for my girls and very patient with everyone.
I went in today (completely unaware they are appointments only now) and, was treated great! The girl at the check in counter entered me in the system and said I can look around but, may have to wait for a room. I was there for a special occasion gown so, I was completely fine with this. I didn’t need the attention that a bride and her party needed. I was grateful they let me look around and work around them. I walked in this morning with my teenaged daughter, looking for a prom dress. Luckily it wasn't busy, so they were able to help us right then. I was expecting to make an appointment and come back. Patsy was wonderful. My daughter told her some ideas and picked a few things out, and, while she was trying them on, Patsy brought a few other dresses to us. Today thanks to my associate Linda was pure joy! She helped me find my “mother of the groom “ dress today. It’s a lovely shade to compliment my silver highlights & just enough bing to make this mature gal feel pretty! She listened to all my desires. She was kind & patient with my awkwardness. She was truly a blessing!
