Service was great........did not care for the music I was forced to listen to during the fitting........the carpet was in need of a good vacuuming......
Very very poor experience & customer service is what I received at the Davids Bridal Easton location. We were there for bridesmaid dresses, and Hailey, who was assigned to us, was very unprofessional. Let's just say she was no where to be found and when she was, she was just down right rude and very ill mannered! I will not be returning back to the store for anything. The dress selection is nice. We had an appointment with a consultant. I wasn't aware that we would be sharing a consultant with the rest of the store. She was mostly pleasant, but nothing special.
They suck. My son was killed in a car crash 6 weeks before wedding and they don't want to refund money for brides dress. They show no sympathy The lady was rude who waited on my son's fiance. Don't go there they suck
I wish there was a lower rate than a one. This store is terrible. My future mother in law purchased her dress here and had the WORST experience. When her dress was in they tried to pass off a dress that had beads falling off to her. They reshipped one, she got it altered and they did not alter it correct for her. She had them correct it a second time and still not right! They blamed this on her! How is that her fault, she was not there to sew the dress. Customer service is terrible at this location. David's Bridal literally just demonstrated the worst display of customer service anyone could experience. My wife just called practically in tears because of how she was treated at the Sawmill Rd location in Columbus Ohio. She has been excited about purchasing a dress for our first black tie affair together and the staff there were very resistant to assisting and un-accomodating to say the least.
