I have always gotten my dresses and alterations done here and I’ve always been happy with them. So when I had to buy a dress from a different store because that’s where the bride took us, I brought it here to have it altered. Shay at the Eau Claire store was a nightmare. She started off the appointment by telling me that the dresses I liked on the website were all on clearance so if I wanted all the bridesmaids to be the same style, "it just wouldn't happen." Thanks I guess? When it came to getting the bridesmaids to try on dresses, she kept trying to get me to pick dresses that I didn't want. Today, I went to David'd Bridal to have my bridesmaid dress altered, and I was overall disappointed with the entire appointment. I received my dress months ago, and was advised by multiple employees at the store to wait until closer to the wedding to start alterations due to my pregnancy (understandable). Every time I would call and talk to someone about scheduling the alterations they kept advising to wait until about 2 weeks before the wedding. My beautiful niece purshased a wedding dress from David's bridal. Her dress literally fell apart at her reception. Poor quality in their stitching. Their customer service is horribly. I feel so bad for my niece. I wish there was something I could do for her right then and there. I'm sure she really was embarrassed. Boo David Bridals�

My dress zipper became unstitched all the way down my back at my reception resulting in me having to leave. David’s Bridal wouldn’t reimburse me for anything, they said they’d replace the zipper but that’s useless to me at this point. What poor quality and poor customer service on such an expensive dress

Not to fond of this place one bit, the associates all have the look on there face like there better than everybody else.. I went there 4 times and my person helping would disappear to help other customers, so what the heck is the point of an appointment!!!
