When we went to try on bridesmaid dresses, our salesperson was very helpful and proactive with getting dresses ready. She was friendly. When I went back to try bridal dresses, Adrien was so friendly and amazing. I was very uncomfortable standing half naked in the dressing room waiting for a complete stranger to dress me. However, Adrien immediately made me feel at ease. I would definitely recommend going here for dress shopping. Like I said, Adrien at the Eau Claire, WI store was amazing.
I ordered my dress 10 days ago received it already. I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Very friendly people and so helpful. We even found our bridesmaids dresses the same day. No issues.
I went to the Eau Claire David’s Bridal yesterday to try on wedding dresses that were on sale! I had the best experience there, the whole staff was so welcoming and willing to help! I don’t remember the name of the lady who helped me put on my dresses and find ones that she thought I’d like, but she was seriously the best! So thank you!!
Loved the staff but they didn't have many of the dresses I wanted to look at
Went to try on wedding dresses with my mom on Saturday morning right when they opened. Was the first time I ever tried any on and wasn't sure what styles/colors/fabrics would work best. Didn't end up getting one that day, even though there was one I really liked...still a lot of time for me to search. But my consultant's name was Katie and she was such a great help the whole time, so nice and did so much work helping us out!
