Well all was good until the next day. I had went in tried on the dress fan the dress I loved and seen the price and was happy that I wanted the dress and I'd be back tomorrow to put money down. I had called the next day to ask how much money I actually had to put down and the lady had told me my dress was actually way cheaper than it said on the and the lady had told me my dress was actually way cheaper than it said on the tag originally so I said I would have someone in to pay the down payment I was so excited. I found the dress of my dreams with such ease - all thanks to Tricia and her help! She's so knowledgable and asks the right questions to remove any doubt about "the" dress. And I actually had fun shopping! Never have I had such fantastic customer service and positive experiences like I did at Davids today. She really goes above and beyond.
So far my experience has been amazing. Able to do my rush alterations for my wedding. So impressed. Always friendly. Can't wait to see the final project but will definitely be getting my formal dresses from them in the future. Update: even after a minor miscommunication, I have my alterations and they are perfect! I can't wait to wear my dress on Tuesday! Thanks again ladies for helping me with my minor freak out.
My consultant was amazing! She listened to the styles that I was wanting to try on & she was very helpful with everything! I chose my dress here, very reasonable prices, & it helped to have such a helpful & amazing consultant! I'll definitely be coming here for the bridesmaid dresses!
Staff were great. I didnt find the right dress for me sadly. I was looking for something with a drop waist and there just was not enough selection with that criteria. All around great staff though. They were all just wonderful
Morgan-Rae was a great help. Enjoyed my experience very much.
