Mayeli was honestly THE best. Wonderful customer service and I know I was in good hands. She made me feel comfortable and gave me the best choices. You want good taste? Go to Mayeli, not Nallely, there's a difference (no offense to her though). Great experience, you know you'll be taken care of with her!
While my experience with David's Bridal started out a bit rough (a mistake in alterations left me with an unusable dress) the team snapped immediately into problem solving mode and had a new dress for me and the alterations manager doing my fitting/alterations personally. Props to Susana and Vianney for keeping cool under pressure and working only towards a solution, not an excuse.
Diane had the BEST customer service!! I walked out inlove with a dress thats she chose for me. She knew exactly what would look good on me. I was completely satisfied & grateful. She was so patient and let me take my time.
Elsa was amazing In helping us! Very professional and reasonably priced! I bought my wedding dress and my daughter's dress. Very satisfied.
Went in today to get fitted for a bridesmaid dress and had a great experience. I was greeted promptly and had three staff members helping me the whole time I was there. Would highly recommend this place if you want to feel special.
Elizabeth was amazing in helping me find my special dress for my special day!!! Couldn't have asked for anyone better!!
