Every time I walk into this store, the customer service is horrible. Managers are extremely rude, no one is excited for you, and everything is made difficult. After multiple terrible experiences and a ton of money spent, I still took my dress there to be steamed. Of course I was given a hard time since I didn't have it altered there, but the manager (rudely) finally agreed to do it. Wedding was cancelled bridesmaid dress was never altered. Just picked up. And no returns allowed. Order online because atleast than you can return it!
I'd give them 0 stars!! Ordered me the wrong dress size and said they'd fix it for free I still had to pay to have it hemmed up!! Hello if it would have been ordered the right size the first time I wouldn't have to have it hemmed up!! Totally never shopping there again and will tell all my friends not to!! You aren't the only bridal store in town!!!!!
I had a terrible experience here. I had an appt and the girl didn't help me AT ALL! Didn't give any suggestions, didn't bring any dresses or even help find sizes. Thank god my mom was there to help. It was one of the most frustrating experiences and I will never go back or recommend them!
Been there like 6 times with my sister and all her bridesmaids and had one good experience. Went there just today and had an employee yell at my children because apparently they weren't behaving the way she wanted them to. Her name is Beth and she was awful!!! Crappy people skills!!
