I could not have asked for a better experience !!!!!!!!! I went in today with the mindset of purchasing the dress I had originally tried on in a previous appointment. However, that changed when Zai picked another GORGEOUS dress for me to try. THAT dress ended up being THE DRESS! I didn't set up an appointment, walked right in to see a massive crowd looking around and trying dresses on. I was so hesitant and stressed at first, but I went up to the desk, gave them info, and 5 minutes later the BEST dress assistant introduced herself. Loni Decker gave off such a kind, calm, professional aura. I was in and out of so many gorgeous dresses! She definitely knew her stuff and was so honest and so down to earth. Loni was beyond amazing in helping me find my perfect dress!!! She was attentive and was wonderful with my family! She made my experience amazing. I went in a second time to find a more appropriate bridesmaid dress than the first time I went. Katie was awesome and really helped find a dress that flattered me.
I came dress shopping with my mom today and had an amazing experience! Zai Swain was the best consultant we could have asked for! She dealt with a lot today not from us but all around the store and handled it with such professionalism and I couldn’t ask for someone to have been a better worker much love to her!!!!!
