I went looking for a wedding dress last week without an appointment. I was put with a stylist who was clearly unhappy about having to help me. She never introduced herself, asked my name or what I was looking for or anything. She went to pull a couple of dresses I liked and came back with only one that was close to my size. She was gone for 10-15 minutes before coming back. Between each dress tried on, I stood and waited on her for the next. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They lost my dress and waited until a week before the wedding to refund it and I had to pick a dress off of the floor. Majority of the staff members we encountered seemed so inconvenienced by every question that was asked and seemed to hate their jobs. Would absolutely not recommend this place to anyone.
I went in there with my daughter to look for a prom dress. Very organized & professional. The staff was very accommodating & helped us through out the entire process. A lady named Dee helped us & she was great! We will definitely be going back!!

All you future brides to be, do NOT waste your time at David's Bridal in Evansville. Worst experience ever. Customer service was terrible, they kept bringing me dresses trying to get me to put them on rather then the ones I picked out, my stylist was no where to be found half the time, my bridesmaids had to help with EVERYTHING, stylist was rude and cocky and looked like she hadn't showered in days, and stylist and seamstress bickered at each other the whole time. I made an appointment and expected to be the focus of my stylist. The first thing she did was to hand me a book of dresses to look thru and point out which ones I liked. I told her what I liked and didn't like but wasn't really allowed to venture around on my own to see if there was anything else besides what was in the book. She wasn't around when I came out of the dressing room to pin the the dress back so that I could see it fitted the right way. I never felt like a priority through my whole appointment. The ladies was awesome buttt i put my $200 dress on and im not a big girl and my zipper ripped open n had to use safety pins to hold it together. And they not doing anything about it.

Stuck up snobby and tried to cheat us out of a refund. Thank goodness I had the lay away agreement with us! Alerations dept. Not too good. 158.00 veil is cheap and raveling.
