I have never been treated so poorly by retail associates in my life. I went to pick out a wedding dress for my elopement and received a dress by mail, two sizes too small. When I went back to the store to explain this, I was greeted by a very overly tanned woman who was rude and disrespectful. I have always heard not to go to this David's Bridal by many bride's and should have taken their advice. When I picked up my dresses I ordered the staff was very unfriendly. They got what they wanted my money. Will not be going back any time soon
I went in looking for a prom dress for my daughter,, we were totally ignored! I asked for help three times and was ignored. Over priced dresses , rude customer service. I found her prom dress at Macy's for 110.00 cheaper.

This place is a joke!!! Can't believe they are still in business. Associates are so rude and even the manager acts like she can't be bothered. Will be getting my dresses elsewhere!!!!
