I had the best experience buying my wedding dress at David’s Bridal in Fairview Heights Illinois. Natasja was AMAZING!! I have nothing but great things to say about her! She was very patient, kind, and helped me find the perfect dress! She and her helper Jordan also helped 2 of my bridesmaids and my mother find their perfect dresses. We had a wonderful experience at the Fairview Heights, IL location. Liz took care of us and made it as pleasant and enjoyable as it could be despite the Covid situation. She had some great dress ideas , listened to what we wanted, and made appropriate dress selections based on our answers or critiques. She was warm and personable but not sales pushy at all. My daughter and I had a wonderful experience at Davids Bridal. I believe the lady that was helpful and fun spirited was Natasja she was amazing. Very patient and concerning. She did such a fantastic job today, she sold my daughters wedding dress, bridesmaids dresses (6) and my beautiful mother of the brides dress. We are one happy bridal group.
Amanda was amazing! She made my experience easy and took all the stress away. If you go, I’d definitely ask for her!
jessie and kelly were super nice and helpful. they helped my best friend find her wedding dress and bridesmaids' dresses and get the correct color ordered for the one dress that was different.
We went in without an appointment to look at colors for bridesmaids/maid of honor dresses as I was undecided on a color scheme. I ended up making an unexpected appointment and they were able to get me in an hour later. I was planning on trying to establish a dress style and ended up with my dress on the 1st attempt at a bridal store. Kelly helped me so much and she did a phenomenal job.
