I’m giving the store a 2 star rating only because Sara the consultant tried very hard to help. It just seemed like she was being stretched throughout the store. We were told to sign in and that was all the help we received until Sara. We basically found and sold ourselves the dress. If we weren’t on a time crunch I would not have bought a dress from this store. I will probably not shop here again.

I went to David’s bridal to look for a bridesmaid dress along with 5 other bridesmaids and the bride. We were all in agreement that it was less than a desirable experience. None of us had any experience with bridesmaid dresses and although we were greeted we were then left to be our own consultants. The bride asked if we could be measured as we all were not sure. My fiance but her dress here. I believe they are not truly honest with pricing. They give a great price for a dress ( suck you in, because once putchases, it can't be returned), then over charge for alterations. If they don't get you one way, they will get you another.

Little expensive; don't understand why you can't return a dress like other stores? As long as it wasn't worn; tags on; and receipt. It's emotional to buy a wedding dress. Sometimes we buy emotionally and you should understand that. You want to look like a queen on your special day. Won't be coming back; sorry. Worst customer service of my life!!! #1, I went way over budget for my dress (normal pricing for most girls but I'm thrifty lol). Anywho, they were up my rear when I was in the process of looking for a dress. (Which is the way it should be). You should be made to feel special.
