Adding to my review below: I went back for an alterations appointment and had a worse experience. I showed up at my designated appointment time, but wasn't helped for at least 20 minutes. When the girl at the front told me to go back to alterations it was impossible to find and I was saved by a sales girl who could tell I was lost. The woman doing the alterations was rude and acted like it was beneath her to help me fasten the torso length bra I have to wear under my dress.
