Shopping for and choosing the dress was a great experience. The whole alteration system/knowledge is a complete joke. At the time of purchase the bride was told that the correct cups could be purchased and sewn in since the dress was backless. At the first fitting the bride was told that cups would not fit into the dress and that she should not wear a bra. For an older bride, this was a joke. Definitely do not recommend. At all. We drove over an hour for the location, excited to see in person. We entered only to be told we had a bridal party app instead of bridal app. Cool, we’ll browse both. No biggie! Our stylist was Brittany.. With a vampire mask and penciled winged eye liner and an unbrushed pony tail.. I was accompanied by my maid of honor and a cousin. We ask which dresses come in Royal blue. Disappointed as to say the least. Thank God for my sister-in-law. We made an appointment and the lady assisting us was busy with another customer that came in without an appointment to see her. Then she informed us that we were out of time for our appointment. Luckily my sister-in-law found my dream dress and we tried it on in a dressing room on the side on our own!! Disappointed with our trip yesterday. The manager quickly shut down the bridal party helping the bride pick out choices. The bride asked everyone in the party to pick out there choices. Unlike the glamorous experience you see on the shows this was nothing close. The manager told us not to make it stressful for the bride. Maybe she read this in a manager handbook but unless you know our friend she thrives on knowing everyone helped choose the best dress for her. Disappointed with my experience here.... Thankful I brought a friend to help me as there was never anyone around to assist. I made an appointment to reserve my spot, however I’m guessing they were very short staffed? And my consultant was busy elsewhere?? The entire time. I felt rushed, when my consultant was l able to assist me, I was told there was a limit and I could not try on any more dresses (I had not seen that in the terms before hand and was greatly saddened) I had tried on four dresses .
