Service was poor, top of only 5 dresses Wasn’t asked if we wanted/ needed accessories. We drove more than hour to be very disappointed. The 5 dress thing is horrible. I did the work for your employee... I won’t be returning.

Made an appt. and there were no short dresses for me to try on. My stylist had to juggle multiple ladies. Then after not being able to try anything on, I received 3 text messages stating I did not show up.

Worst experience!!!! Be warned!!!!! this location (fort Myers Florida)only wants you to pay a HUGE alteration bill!!!!! This location could have easily ordered the smaller size but refused to. I got a dress that was a size too big. This location was wanting me to get 400 dollars in alterations. And wanted to tell me I could NOT fit into a smaller size. I called the Tampa location who very kindly said if they were taking a inch or more in on the waist I could more then likely fit into a size smaller. And she checked to see w... read more

While I’ll admit David’s has a wide variety of gowns to choose from and I DID find my dress there, I won’t be going back for my alterations and other accessories. Our attendant talked to us in such a demeaning manner. At one point she cut off my MIL from speaking and even held up her finger to her to make her stop. I feel like she was on some kind of power trip the other attendants weren’t on, it was as though she was controlling what gowns I could try on instead of letting me explore on my own.

We had the worst experience, it was our first time shopping for dresses. They had very little inventory and the sales person just kept telling her that she doesn’t really want white, come to find out she wasn’t even sure what dresses came in white she was not listening or even familiar with her on line choices she made. Our appointments was 1 hour which is not enough time and it doesn’t help when the sales person only brings 1 dress at a time. Very non bridal experience!

my future wife went there to view dresses and apparently someone by the name of Abigale decided her time was more important than the person helping and my fiance. when she made the comment "not like she can afford this dress" is when we decided not to go with this place. pathetic.

Why do they size you when they bring you a dress 8 sizes too big? How am I supposed to pick a dress based on a size that is extremely huge and pinned up! So sad! I thought they were the experts....

Horrible customer service. The lady Lucy helping me was very rude and rushed me the entire time. Made me feel completely uncomfortable with myself. Kept bringing me dresses that were not my style. Constantly checked her watch to make sure my time did not run over. When looking for a dress for the one day I will ever wear one for my wedding I would of thought they would of been a little friendlier. I ended up going to another shop that actually cares about their customers and does not treat them like a number.
