Worst experience ever, dealt with 2 different locations and both were lack luster customer service. The alterations dept was a complete joke; they are over priced and under delivered. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Poor corporate customer service as well; they treated as I didn’t matter and just kept apologizing. Also, they didn’t do anything to resolve the issues.

We had an appt yesterday and once our time was up that was it. The niece wanted to continue to look and try on dresses but we were told to come back again another day. Luckily, we left there and across the parking lot was another bridal store. We stopped in, were helped right away and She said yes to the dress. David’s lost our sale because they rushed us out.

They just took my $$ for a deposit and didn’t explain anything to me about my dress and the options I had. When I walked in for my alterations, I was looked at like I had 5 heads and made me feel like it was my problem to fix. Nobody could give me answers for any of the questions I asked. So much for making this process enjoyable. I really don’t care to go back and retrieve the garment.

Cant remember who I had but doesnt matter since she told me she was quitting 3 days later. Drove an hour to find my dream wedding dress only to be adbonded after the wrong style etc dress was brought to me. No one followed up after the appointment. Wont be back.

Had a terrible experience. Went in on Dec 3rd, found my dress. I was told that it was ordered and I could put it on layaway. I was told that the dress would arrive in March. I went in on Feb 1st to make my final layaway payment. As I was leaving the store they called me and told me that my dress had arrived early and was actually at the store. I ordered my bridesmaid's dress on June 1st using their website. I was given a Sept 28th delivery date for an OCT 1st wedding. Once I found out all of the other women had received their dresses in July, I gave the customer service people a call. I was given an updated delivery date of Aug 19th. I was so happy! Never ever go to Davids Bridal for anything! I've had the worst experience there while going through the adventure of finding my dress. First trip, horrible (in April) The lady who was suppose to help, didn't at all. She didn't ask questions like what I am looking for, price range or anything like that.
