Some of the worst customer service I’ve every had at a bridal shop. I purchased my first dress from davids bridal a few years ago but my wedding was postponed. I gained weight and was concerned that the dress would not fit even after alterations, but their stylist assured me that changing the zipper into a corset would give me the extra room I needed. 1 month before my wedding at my final fitting the dress did not fit and was ruined. My future daughter in law ordered her dress from here and the wedding is in a month and we can’t reach anyone to get the dress. We just want the dress so she can wear it to the wedding. We will alter it ourselves. The dress is already paid for!! Please message me back!! **Update** I just want to say that my future daughter in law did receive her dress and I just wanted to let everyone know that I do recommend David’s Bridal. Thank you so much getting her dress to her so she can have her special day!!
I had an awful experience here this weekend. My stylist refused to listen to me and kept bringing me dresses that were not at all what I wanted, despite me telling her that I was uncomfortable in them. I came in with a few dresses that I had picked out from David’s Bridal website and showed them to her and she would not bring me any of them. David's bridal in Ft Wayne Indiana is the worst! they judge you if you are over their weight standards and wouldn't hire someone I know because of her size! the woman doing the interview literally scoffed when she came in for the interview! I cannot believe someone that is supposed to be professional would act in this manner just because someone is overweight! Never will I ever step foot into this store!
RecommendedI will recommend this place only because we have purchased items here before with no issues. But...The one time you purchase a $200 bridesmaid gown and the wedding is called off, you can not return the dress. What am I suppose to do with this monstrosity now? Thanks for your ridiculous no return policy...I even have the receipt and the tags are on the dress.

Terrible experience. We got there almost an hour before closing (48 minutes to be exact, since the girl made such a huge issue of it.) When we walked in, we didn’t even get a hello /welcome in /who’s the bride/ or anything. All we received was a very rude, “Do you have an appointment?”. everyone was great except for mamnager michelle. i had my dress altered and it had holes in it afterwards and she asked if i was really going to make a big deal out of it... um yes! so they charged me to fix THEIR mistake. i called after i left to talk to someone else and Michelle answered. she said i was being ridiculoudsand then she hung up on me. i DO NOT recommened going here for alterations.
I was beyond impressed with David’s! Being a previous bridal consultant myself from another store in town I had a pretty good knowledge of what it l wanted but wanted to start at David’s to ease my nerves before going to try dresses on other places. The first night I went just with my mom and worked with Kate. She was phenomenal and listened and understood what I liked so well.
