Poor management. Had the Manager hang up on me twice. Wish I never puchased my wedding gown here! Same for my bridesmaids and flower girl dresses!
When I first walked through the door , the lady who came to welcome us made a few digs at us for not setting an appointment and then because we had a couple kids. She made us feel not welcomed as soon as we walked into the doors. Then I was sent to start looking as someone would be there to help me in a moment. I had an amazing experience with chelsie she's the most amazing person but when my sisters and my best friend and myself went into Davids bridal this Friday there was a woman with really short hair and dark lip stick on that was rude to my sister
Picking the dress, and first two fittings,were great last fitting,dress pick up lady had me,try on dress look in mirror 30,sec then told me,to takr,it,off,so,she,could bag it up no offers,of pictures nothing in and out in 5 minutes my excitement was instantly gone very rude lacking of customer service especially when you pay 1500.00
Long story short.... just go some where else. They ruined my whole experience.
Shelby was the sweetest most patient person that I've ever dealt with. I had no expectation to find "the one" in a matter of three hours but she nailed the project! My dress is absolutely beautiful and I felt amazing in it. I'll definitely be back for the bridesmaid dresses and accessories. Thank you so much davids bridal and Shelby!
