I made an appointment and had Brittany as my consultant. She was everything I could’ve hoped for. She was very kind, respectful and mild mannered, which was nice. Most importantly she was very attentive and supportive of my vision and what I hoped to have in a dress. She really took the time to find exactly what I was looking for and never pressured me or made me feel rushed. I would highly recommend Brittany. 😊
Came in today to just start getting a feel for the kind of wedding dress I will want and was not disappointed! Staff was super friendly and made sure I knew my options for moving forward!
I had my first dress appointment last weekend, and fell in love with the third dress I tried! Janelle was an amazing stylist...she was personable and friendly and funny. She made me feel very comfortable! Everyone at the Gainesville location is super nice. My experience could not have been any better!
Great customer service they helped me find my prom dress and did my hair a little to give me an idea on what would look good. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone. Unless your a rude customer because I would not want their day to be bad they are to nice

Went in today to pick out my wedding dress. Charlotte, who helped me was amazing. She went above and beyond to make sure I found the PERFECT dress! My only complaint would be is that there should be more privacy in the changing area. Instead of separate rooms for each bride and bridal party, it is one open space. It makes it very uncomfortable when you walk out of the fitting room to show your party the dress you’re trying on, and the entire store can see you.
i had a wonderful experience with my stylist and the staff was amazing
