After procrastinating for months on ordering a Bridesmaid dress, I went in today and was met with exceptional customer service and help from Chelsea. I did not know to make an appointment and even with clearly having numerous clients to assist she still spent time and care making sure I found a perfect dress that would arrive on time! Highly recommend planning ahead to make sure you can shop for any dress in the store but even with that added stress Chelsea put me at ease and made the entire experience super simple!

Ordered my bridesmaid dress 2 weeks ago and come to find out the sizing and material was not at all what I needed. Coming into David's Bridal for a last minute bridesmaid dress we found the perfect fit, style and color on the rack! Chelsea mentioned it wouldn't arrive on time, but still went out of her way to get the approval to sell us the dress! She SAVED ME. Thank you Chelsea!
