I didint have the best time with my personal stylist. She didnt bring me any style I asked for and in the end I actually found my own dress because of another woman and her stylist. I ended up dropping 300 on a dress and style that I loved instead of the 99 dollar garbage bag she was trying to fit me into. I actually felt very alone in the beginning and didnt feel special or like I was looking for something as monumental as my wedding dress. THAT IS NOT WHO I AM REVIEWING if I was I would give a star. My stylist, Emily W, was FANTASTIC! I went in with an idea of what I wanted, gave her a price range, and she brought me 5 gowns, ALL within my price range AND exactly the style I told her I thought I wanted. She was there throughout the whole process, educating me on the dress, the accessories, and how to put it all on. She wasn't pushy in the least bit with offering add-ons, but sold me a corset that I can get multiple uses out of before and after my wedding for over 80% off! The woman who helped me (I wish I could remember her name!) was so sweet and made it easy to find not only my perfect dress but also bridesmaid dresses in less than 2 hours!! I highly recommend them, it was a very fun and painless experience!!
I don't have experience with the employees who help pick out the dresses, but I did see the alterations department a few times, and I had the best experience possible. First, when I called to say I needed alterations done because I am pregnant, they set aside their last swatch of material in the "tickled" color for me because it was being discontinued.
