The WORST service I have ever experienced. Every single bridesmaid had issues ordering their dresses and I had 8. Consultants are the worst. One of my bridesmaids had her baby at 23 weeks and never even picked up her dress from the store. Spoke to our location and corporate and they said all they would do is offer in store credit. That will really help her put gas in her car to see her 1 pound baby every day 20 mins from her home at the hospital. Save yourself the trouble and skip this place at all costs!

One star isn't even correct. 0 stars. They lost the brides appointment , seemed irritated to have to fit us in on their mistake. No one there greeted anyone with a smile. These are brides for crying out loud. The employees should wipe the bitter scowls off their faces and be way more fun. This is supposed to be a memorable experience. The consultant who works with us, just wanted to get us out of there. Picked out a dress and let's just say I may not come here ever again! I was not greeted by anyone when I came into their store then shopped with no assistance, stood by the dressing rooms holding 6 dresses to try on for a few minutes before finally a sales associate asked if I was waiting for a fitting room. When I answered yes she told me to go into either room 7 or 8 whichever one I liked best. My first experience was awful. My consultant didn't seem very knowledgeable and the store was a mess. My second trip in was phenomenal. Apparently, management had changed between appointments and the staff was much more professional and it was clear that things were being run by someone with much more experience. My third experience was with my future mother in law and it left much to be desired. Although a lot went wrong, they did try to make things right. I went into my appointment at David's Bridal without having a clue what to expect, as it was my first time trying on wedding dresses and I was nervous, but very excited! That excitement ended the second I walked in the door. Not only was my party hardly greeted, but when my mother asked if my consultant was having a good day, she responded with "ehhhh not really, I overslept this morning and was late for work." I've made an appointment to pick up my dress at a later date in a few hours later I get a call back asking me what time I'm going to pick up my dress do you guys write anything down that we call and ask you that's ridiculous this is like the second time I've had an awful experience with them get your s*** together
