I went in and received ZERO help, I was not brought out any sizes or help to zip up a dress. I was very disappointed. The dressing room was very small, no where to put your clothes. Old Navy has better service and dressing room services. No mirrors in the rooms, no attendant to assist, only 1 bench and 2 chairs available for the rest of the party not trying on dresses.

I was very displeased with the way your staff treats the customers. I bought my wedding dress there, spent over $1000 on it, went to pick it up today...they handed it to me in a PLASTIC bag. I went up front, asked if that was the bag i was supposed to take my wedding dress home in, they responded, "thats what you get, thats what it came with, you can purchase a garment bag." The only reason I’m giving this store 4 stars is because I found my dress. This is my third wedding and I’ve never shopped for a wedding gown. This should have been a special time in my life. When I walked in to the Greenville, NC shop, it was based on a last minute decision. I’d been looking for a specific dress for months but had resigned myself to the fact that I wasn’t going to find it. Since this is my 3rd wedding, I didn’t want to wear white. Didn't receive a phone call or email about my dress so I called to check if it was in and the employee said I would've received a call/email if it was. I told her to please double check and what do you know, it had been there since January 31st and here it is February 8th and no call/email. She then told me they usually get shipped back in 8 days so I would need to come today or "very soon"...that's not my problem. I received my first email about my dress TODAY only because I called. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to your David’s bridal location to purchase a dress. I made an appointment for my bridesmaids to try on dresses. 5 minutes in to the appointment, the girl we were assigned disappeared and we were pretty much on our own until we were ready to order. When the dresses came in, only 1 of 4 of my bridesmaids were contacted to pick up their dress. Over the next few days, the other girls called and their dresses were in. I was very displeased with my service. I made the staff aware I was just looking and trying to get ideas. We had one gentleman that helped us and explained we could buy swatches. So I said great I'd love to get them. While standing at the counter waiting to purchase the swatches which took about 20 minutes. The gentleman stepped away to answer the phone, to measure another woman and to just have a social conversation with a coworker. I will never recommend this place to any bride to be. Some of the associates there are rude and unprofessional. My first time going I picked out my wedding dress and when it was time for my alterations, they ordered the wrong size I had to pick out a different dress. The consultant that they gave me never picked out dresses for the bride and she didn't know what to do. Absolutely loved working with Julia S I was a walk in and wouldn't have thought so bc she treated me as if I had said appointment. The only down side it how much they want to charge me to do alterations to my dress saying I can do this to it or that to it bc of the designer won't allow it hello I am paying for it it should be how I want it!!!
