I have been to David's Bridal in Greenville several times, and have always been impressed with them. I bought my wedding dress there, have bought several bridesmaid dresses there, and I even went and picked out bridesmaids dresses for my wedding there. I haven't had a bad experience until this week. My sister took my junior bridesmaid with her to order both of their dresses. I've found in all my travels both down the East coast all the way West that there is very little good to say about David's Bridal. I know from personal experiences in several different states that they do not seem to care about their customers and are extremely insensitive and almost cruel. Not every bride has the perfect figure and it really hurts to be treated differently bc of physical issues especially when trying to find the perfect Wedding dress. Had an appointment and still wasn't helped until at least 30 minutes after our scheduled time. The "stylist" assigned to us was both unknowledgeable about everything to the colors of the dresses they offered to the different styles. She was unhelpful, clueless, and unwilling to take the time to ask any questions that would have helped our party to find any dresses that we liked. The entire experience was awful. Awful !!! Would never recommend them ever!! They wasted our time completely!! They try and get you to buy dresses with a credit card through them that is way over budget!! If you tell them your price range you might as well be talking to the WALL especially the red-headed sales lady that was rude as hell!!!!
The staff was very rude. We had an appointment and once the sales girl realized our budget, she wasn't very much help to us and took on a party of 10 while she was suppose to be helping us. I will never go back!
