worst place in the world. store manager is rude!!! corporation doesn't want to help do anything either. wendy is a very awful person. I dont recommend this store for anyone!!!

We went in looking for bridesmaids dresses and the ladies in there were not helpful in anyway. I told the lady working what I was looking for and my colors and she said “that’s nice, all our dresses are over there.” And pointed in the general direction of the dresses. I was looking for someone to ask about adding tool under a dress and could not find anyone. There was no one else in the store the entire time we were in there. I do not plan on going back

Not happy with my bridal apt, which was scheduled, my guest were cramped in a corner and I had a small mirror to look at on the dressing stall and felt very rushed. Then never got a call my dress was in. Told couldn’t find my account which was under the wrong number. Then 8 our of 9 bridesmaids dresses were ordered WAY to big. One having to alter more than the dress was worth and told by staff sorry nothing they can do to make it right. Will not be shopping there again!

I have to say I will NEVER give my business to David’s Bridal again. I was so excited to go pick out my dress that I would marry the man of my dreams in. When I arrived at the store the lady at the desk placed me with a young girl named “Carly”. When she approached us she said “ go out on the floor , find any dress you like and let me know and I’ll grab it for you”. We started looking and found several dresses. Alterations dept doesn’t know how to do their job. My daughter left in tears after being told that they couldn’t alter her dress to fit her properly, 5 days before her wedding.

I Came with 5 Bridesmaids myself and my mother.The girl that waited on us did not do very well, we would pick dresses which took a lot of time and then bring them to her and she would tell us you guys didn't have them in that color, so we would go back pick more she again would say you guys don't have that in that color, on top of that, the dress that 1 of my girls tried on smelled horrible underneath the arm pits and after that she did not want to try on another dress. also there was no toilet paper in the ladies bathroom ... read more

Was not pleased, we had five bridesmaids looking for dresses in a particular color. Our consultant did not help us in determining which dresses cane in the color we needed. Instead we had to find dresses and bring them to her! I was sure who was working for who! The selection was not good at all, and there was so men in there it was kinda in uncomfortable coming out in our dresses and etc. To top it off..one of the dresses that was tried on had HORRIBLE smell of body odor on the dress in the underarm area. I would give no stars if that was an option. I just left davids bridal in greenwood in. My sister wanted to tey on wedding dresses and the party bridesmaid dresses. They were rude the moment we walked in the door. Very unfriendly, and unprofessional. We were told you had to have an appointment and there were no stylists.
