Poor customer service. We were told to bring the dress in for final pressing around 2 weeks before the wedding. We picked up the dress today after alterations to have bustled. That the final pressing had been done without our knowledge so additional pressing is $40. Not a very friendly place
Was the worst experience ever!!! I went in few months back I was paired with young lady who was on her 1st day alone, I was ok with that other than EVERY DRESS SHE PUT ME IN WAS OVER BUDGET. EVERY DRESS I ASK TO SEE THEY DID NOT HAVE!!! The manger came over tried to help by this time I was ready to end my session. (there wasn't even chairs for my party to set. Showed up for my daughter's appointment on time, only to wait half hour before getting any help. The lady at the desk was extremely rude to our entire party. We were rushed throughout the whole process. They had all our information written down wrong and tried to tell a bridesmaid in another state, its the brides fault! Will never ever recommend this place! Looking through the other reviews, they could really care less.
As a Wedding DJ, I am surrounded by weddings. I have met with 88 brides in the past 9 years. 50 of the brides I have met with went with this location. I would tell you if you're thinking of going with this company and location.... RUN!!! The customer service is awful! I have met with brides in tears due to this location! This summer I had to order 3 bridesmaids dresses. Would you believe db's messed up all 3 orders? Ordered at different times. I got a stained dress. Then the wrong color and finally the wrong size. I'm saying no to all bridesmaids offers if the bride is going through db's horrible service. I have never had a good experience with this company. Horrible place! Just in it for the money nothing else. Could care less about your special day or the promises they make. They will tell you lies and act like you're the one lying. They're rude and down right crappy. Wish I never bought a thing from them.
