I am needing a dress for a wedding Sept 1st and they didn't have the one I wanted at the store I was at so they checked other stores till we found it.
We had a great experience buying all the dresses, even when I came in without an appointment for my mother of the bride dress. Just had my alterations appointment. That was easy and pleasant, too.
This was my second appointment at David’s and it was so great! I honestly did not like my first appt. I wasn’t happy with my experience so I change locations. This time I went to greenwood and dealt with Micah! She was so helpful and so nice! I walked out with the perfect dress and was so happy with our two brains together! 😍😍😍
I had already purchased my dress at another David’s bridal but had it shipped to the Greenwood location when I moved and needed it altered. The alterations staff were knowledgeable and skillful and had my alterations done quickly and correctly. My only complaint would be the front staff of this store. They were unhelpful and quick to dismiss me when they discovered I had already purchased my dress. We had one person who seemed exasperated with having to get so many dresses at first, but then our actual stylist came and was fantastic. She had some great advice and she made our experience much more enjoyable. Danielle in Greenwood, IN was excellent!

Abbie M was wonderful today! I came in and she really listened to all the key points of what I wanted as far as style, size, and price. The first dress I tried on was the one, but she humored me while I tried on a couple more just to make sure. She had everything I needed and I bought my dress on the spot!
