I went on a Monday for my fitting, and was given the date to pick it up. The day prior to my pick up date I was called and told it would not be ready and we would need to reschedule, I had no issue with that and we rescheduled for the following Friday. I go in the following Friday, and I’m waiting around for quite some time until someone finally told me that my dress wouldn’t be ready for a couple more hours. Poor customer service. Can’t complete alterations as scheduled. Buy a dress anywhere but there. I give ZERO stars. Stay away to avoid disappointment

All of my bridesmaids were able to purchase dresses from David’s bridal for reasonable prices and the experience with those purchases were great. Beautiful store, and large selection of dresses. Most of the consultants were friendly, welcoming and very helpful. My experience with alterations on the otherhand was not nearly as pleasant. Very disappointing and added unnecessary stress. I'm not quite sure how a bridal shop can mess up bridesmaids dresses so many times in a row. Both myself and my fellow bridesmaid were thoroughly measured prior to ordering our dresses. BOTH of our dresses were way too small. Ordered larger sizes and both were still too small. I was able to lose a couple lbs to fit into mine. The other bridesmaid went back to you for alterations, only to find out that only ONE SIDE of the dress was let out. I understand that covid has caused a back up, but this is just outrageous.

My wedding was last night, and everything went mostly well until I felt a painful scratching feeling during the night on my leg. I was full of nervous excitement and being so busy so I didn’t think much of it. We had such a positive experience at David's in Dartmouth Crossing yesterday! Logan was our consultant and stayed past her shift end time to help my six bridesmaids find their perfect dresses - she had her hands full and was so accommodating throughout the entire appointment! Amazing customer service, thank you!

Myself and my large bridal party were in today to purchase bridesmaid dresses and flower girl dresses. Our consultant made us feel rushed and seemed annoyed with us.
