The staff were really helpful and patient. I cancelled one dress because I thought it was too formal for my son's wedding and had many options presented to me which was a fun experience. Very positive experience.

Natasha went above and beyond. I had issues at a London store and contacted this store for assistance. I almost gave up a dress I loved but with Natasha’s help I didn’t have to. She spent so much time answering every question I had and really put my mind at ease. I have never experienced such amazing customer service!! Thank you so much for all of your help.
Went into this location just to try on dresses. I also had an email that had a huge selection of discounted dresses (bargain shopping is my jam!) Danielle was my stylist and was so helpful! 2 dresses I tried on. And would you know it I found my dress for my October Wedding! I was not expecting to walk out with a dress but I did; and it wasn't what I was expecting but it's everything I wanted! If you are thinking of going here ask for Danielle, for she works miracles! Went on a Friday afternoon and had a great experience as I know it can get very busy on weekends. Danielle was amazing and listened to everything I said, and I was able to find my dress on the 4th one I tried on!
Great experience yesterday and today. Stopped by just randomly with my mom to look at short, a-line cut bridal dresses and had a MUCH different dress one hour later when I left. The girls were amazing - Sara F and Chelsea (hope I'm spelling right), as well as the two girls who were there watching someone else get a wedding dress who gave me awesome compliments and boosted my confidence - haha! My bridesmaids and I came in tonight for our dresses. It was honestly such an amazing experience, Danielle was professional and such a joy. She really made my first true experience as a bride so special!
