Terrible customer service and the employees are rude. I do not recommend this company, which is unfortunate because the dresses they carry are beautiful.
Bought my dress from there a year ago. Everything was perfect. Went in for my fitting in February as I just got married in March everything was perfect. Fit great. All the alterations were as planned. I was very happy. Picked up my dress the day before my wedding. Put on my dress the day if the wedding, and my heart sank. The eye hook in the back was ripped off so it wasn't as tight in the top as it should have been and to make matters worse it was ripped where the zipper and the material were attached. DO NOT SHOP HERE. Davids Bridal has the worst customer care I have ever seen. I brought my bridesmaids to get measured and try on their dresses. First the person helping us was helping everyone else and frequently disappeared leaving us constantly waiting to get her attention for a minute at a time. Four of us had to share one dressing room. Finally everyone was measured and the rep wrote down the sizes and we were able to pay. Two of the Four dresses come in and we are now told that we need to pick the dresses up within 7 ... read more
Everything was fine I thought until my bridesmaid picked up her dress and they had ordered a size 8 for her when she had requested a size 4. When she called them they said they had size 8 written down so there is nothing they can do and she can pay an extra charge for rush alterations... They wrote it down wrong and now we have to pay extra to have it altered.
I wouldn't go here again. I got married June 19th this past year. My dress was lovely, but I didn't realize they wouldn't keep it in store. I had to store it. Fine. But it was delivered to my mom's in a box and just left on the front porch. Livid. Same with my shoes. I got my dress the day before the wedding and the bust didn't fit at all-- Susan and Janet were all over it, and I got my dress that evening. My shoes were also not dyed. I thought that the service was great until we started receiving our bridesmaid dresses. Not only did they somehow manage to cancel and reorder a dress making it two months later they didn't bother to inform me of what was going on. I only found out after I called about one of my bridesmaid dresses coming in damaged that they had changed the arrival date.They did eventually agree to get the dress in sooner after a long discussion that involved a lot of frustration.
