Emily was fantastic. I needed a few dresses for some upcoming weddings and she was warm and friendly. She helped me out with accessories and shoes. Don’t know what I would have done without her! Thank you so much Emily - I will be coming back to see you again ❤️
I went to David's Bridal because I needed two more bridesmaid dresses that were a certain colour and designer. David's Bridal didn't have what I needed but Fallon called other bridal stores to see if they carried what I needed and she even wrote down the name and phone numbers of the ones that did. I also went to David's Bridal to get my flower girl her dress and Fallon made the experience so special for her! I also got my wedding shoes from David's Bridal and I can't wait to wear them!!!
This one is for Cassandra! She totally saved the communion day. I had previously been into a David’s bridal where I was told the dress I wanted couldn’t be ordered for the date I needed. A couple of weeks go by and I phoned the Hamilton location where I was lucky enough to get her on the phone. She was so sweet, kind and went above and beyond to help me. My daughter is getting the communion dress of her dreams!! Thank you so much Cassandra! You’re the best!
I was nervous about going to find an outfit in my size. I was greeted right away, very friendly staff. Nadia was very private, helpful. Put me at ease. She was so kind and understanding. What a wonderful experience!! Thank you David’s Bridal and a huge thank you to Nadia. What a great store!!
The whole experience from the first moment I walked in was absolutely amazing. I did not feel pressured to buy anything, it was literally whatever I wanted. Carelene was so great to work with, she was helpful and understanding!! I was all over the place and she just went with it until she knew I was happy. The moment I chose my dress it was so perfect, I owe most of that experience to David’s Bridal! Thank you from a happy bride :)
I came into the store today (June 15th) looking for a "Mother-of-the Bride" dress and was assisted by both Alexa and Alana. They were both extremely helpful and went out of their way to help me find the perfect dress I was looking for. I was so stressed and anxious and they made the experience so easy and such a pleasure. The overall experience was good. However I was highly disappointed that the dress we wanted was on sale when we booked our appointment, but off sale when we tried on. I believe the pricing should have been honoured.
