They only had two dresses in the style I wanted for my wedding. I was very disappointed with that. Also the lady that helped me was very pushy and trying to lean me towards dresses I did not like or want. Was not worth my time and I will not go back there again. Also I looked online prior to going to my scheduled appointment, and I found a dress that I wanted to try on. I absolutely am in love with the bridesmaids dresses my bridal party chose and for the beautiful selection of dresses I give 3 stars. My only very small complaint is that I had an appointment and maybe they took on some walk ins or maybe they were overbooked but the woman helping us was helping multiple parties and I kept having to hunt her down. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told to “go look around and someone will come find you” after walking around aimlessly for several minutes, because I was given no direction, a very nice lady, whose name I either wasn’t given or didn’t hear, came to find me. Although she was very nice, she seemed to be over booked so I was pretty much directed to my fitting room and left to my own defenses. After trying on 2 dresses I left. I came into David's Bridal in Harrisburg to have my bridesmaids get an idea for the different styles of dresses available and so that we could all see the different colors in person (computer screens can distort true colors). It was not a visit to make final decisions but rather a nice chance to get all the girls to meet and get together. Absolutely horrible. Unprofessional, flat out disrespectful, unwilling to help you at all/do any work for the wedding party despite having an appointment, and by far the worst of all, INSULTING to the bride over and over. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. You will leave upset. One star is too gracious.

Everything was going perfect. I found the perfect dress, went to order it and the stylist told me first of all that white wasn't avail in my size, I'd have to get a bigger size and have it altered. Fine, I can deal with that. Then she needed an override code and needed to get someone else. Another girl came over and called somewhere, gave them my name, the dress style, color, size etc. she then told me she needed to go get the stylist. We went shopping for bridesmaid dresses at David's and had an underwhelming time. The lady seemed annoyed to be working with us which was sad because we were all ready to have a great time! The selection of dresses was great, but one of our girls fell in love with a dress that they didn't have in our color. It would have been nice to have some direction on which dresses not to try on - especially since she knew the color ahead of time!

I do NOT recommend this place at all to any one!!! My mom is getting married and got her dress from this place. After $500 for alterations alone we brought it home with beads missing, sleeves falling off, and the clasp was broken off. So after 3 alterations appointments the dress was still messed up. Not to mention the attitude the women back in alterations gave my mother and myself the maid of honor.
