I came into your shop on Thursday, September 17. 2015.
People at the front desk need to learn some manners. Each time I go in, they treat me like a total inconvenience and are always annoyed when an appointment isn't made. There's no sign on the door that says "no admittance without an appointment" so I'm not quite sure why they are so annoyed that I bring my bridesmaids there to spend money. I didn't want to use this company at all, but chose to keep it easy for my out of town bridesmaids.
We went to the David's Bridal on Jonestown Road in Harrisburg,Pa. @ 6:30 in the evening and the two sales associates there met me at the door and refused to let me enter the store because they said they were closing at 7pm. I told them I was only going to look at a wedding slip and wouldn't be trying on any dresses,etc. and just wanted to look at the sizes,styles, prices, etc. and I would leave the store immediately. Go to J&B Bridal Chambersburg. Personal attention that each bride deserves. Worth the trip.
They do not deserve the star I HAD to give them, but I couldn't post without rating. I can honestly say that I will never step foot in a David's Bridal again after the experience I had with them. I bought my wedding dress last year and wasn't really sure what I wanted, all I knew I wanted was lace somehow someway. Well I found a dress in my budget that I fell in love with. Won't let me post with no stars- but they sure don't deserve this one. Had the worst experience here this past Friday AND Saturday- Two times in a row- This place is done. I will NEVER buy anything here again! I guess the fact that I have bought over $1000 in homecoming and prom dresses over the last 4 year's isn't enough to be treated decent.
