I was greeted right away and walked through the whole process. Donna was extremely nice and friendly. She ended up picking out the dress I fell in love with. She had great customer service and made sure I was happy and taken care of during the whole experience. I will be sending my bridesmaids and mother to her for their dresses. Thanks Donna!!
Excellent service. Excellent experience with 2 teenage girls looking for prom dresses. Making an appointment is the best way to go. You have a dressing room for an hour and your personal assistant to help you find that perfect dress. Shout out to Cricket!
The staff wad great, frienly and willing to help. Even do I didn't had an appointment, they had no problem taking care of us. They did not pressure me to buy anything. Let me try anything and all with a smile. Lov it! My dressi amazingand can wat fr m big day.

I had great experiences! I worked with Erin who was so sweet and helpful. She was honest and in no way pushy! I got my wedding dress, my mom got a mother of the bride dress, and I booked another appointment with her later and we got all my bridesmaids' dresses! I unfortunately was late to the second appointment and she was so nice and understanding. I loved working with Erin and David's Bridal!

After a horrible experience in York, I decided to go back to Harrisburg (this is where I got my wedding dress) showed up with all 7 of my bridesmaids in tow, I received a warm greeting from the staff as soon as I entered. I was checked in and then handed off to Erin. She was AMAZING!!!! Fun!!!! And on her game! I was so nervous because it was SO PACKED, but she provided me 5 fitting rooms even though I only asked for 2 when I made the appointment. Arrived for my appointment and was greeted right away, and was taking over to the wedding dresses to start looking around. Was told someone would be with me shortly. A girls who's name I don't remember took me to the back and showed me the rack of dresses on sale.. I was then greeted by a wonderful woman named Erin!
