Emily was absolutely amazing, I went in without a set dress type in mind, I just knew I wanted a ballgown style. I tried on about 5 dresses and ended up falling in love/picking one that she had picked out for me!! It was a wonderful experience and all the dresses were so beautiful, I love that they offered to clean the dress for me (the bottom was slightly dirty from me walking around the store in it) I can’t wait to pick it up later this week thank you David’s Bridal team!! 🫶🏽
I had an amazing team working with me! They were so helpful and supportive! From the time I picked my first dress. Then came back the next week to say I’m have second thoughts on my dress. I pick another amazing dress and they were able to pin it and everything that day since I drove two hours away to go to their store! I had two separate appointments, one at the Sahara location and the second in Henderson. Both were pleasant experiences but my experience at the Henderson location was just above and beyond. I thought I knew what I wanted but my bridal consultant found my dress and some contenders I wouldn’t have considered. I had told her I had an appointment for another shop down the street and they were super understanding and supportive of me trying on the dress at the other stores shop so I would be certain I got the dress of my dreams... read more
Jenna is the definition of amazing! I came in with a dress from online that just wasn’t fitting right. Not only did Jenna go above and beyond to get me fitted in the right size, she set up my return, expedited the new order, and got me into some fabulous shoes to match. Jenna truly turned the nerves I had walking in the door into smiles and pure joy walking out the door. I will recommend anyone and everyone to come have the experience with Jenna that we had! Christina and Courtney were amazing! They took my future daughter in law on a journey through dresses and we landed on THE ONE! We have some time til the wedding but these two ladies helped us with finding the perfect dress and ticking the hardest step off our list! Thank you!
