Alterations team is amazing!
RecommendedI had a lovely experience shopping at David’s Bridal for a bridal gown. The ladies were very helpful! I highly recommend them for any dress occasion.
Salespeople lied about cost of alteration just to sell a dress. Staff did not know their own inventory and they almost gave away someone else dress to my sister in law. Terrible service.
I have had nothing but terrible experiences with David’s Bridal. The only stress point of my wedding has been with this company. COVID only made things extremely worse. Not only was my dress ordered in the wrong size, I was told so many lies I couldn’t keep up. Definitely would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a smooth and relatively happy bridal experience.
My daughters and I went in here today and wanted to try on bridesmaids dresses. I stood at a register holding dresses for over 5 minutes while a sales lady checked another family out and waited patiently so I could ask for a dressing room so we could try some dresses on. The lady completely ignored me and walked off. I know they were busy today, and maybe she was trying to get another customer but she could have taken 2 seconds to tell me that she had another customer(if she did) and she would send me some help.
