I have had the absolute best experience at David’s Bridal! From getting my wedding dress to bridesmaids dress everyone has been so helpful, kind, and organized. I mostly worked with Beth, and she is the absolute BEST!! I highly suggest requesting her!!! She was so helpful with everything and truly made it such an easy, fun experience.
I ordered a dress here and was promised that it could be received and alterations done in no time. I was never told that it would be another $300 just to do BASIC alterations on my dress there and was NEVER told that there would be a rush fee to have it done in time!!! So naturally I want to return the dress, because I wasn’t about to pay almost as much as I paid for the dress for alterations, and they never do returns for any reason, even though their website clearly states they will return a dress as long as it hasn’t been... read more
We love David’s Bridal but the sales consultant was so pushy it sent my daughter into a panic attack and I had to step in and stop them. If the bride tells you something she DOES NOT want DONT try to talk her into something else. If the bride tells you she’s happy with her selection DONT keep pushing for her to change her mind.

Worst experience ever! Will never deal with them again. Have called corporate twice trying to resolve issue of them giving my daughter a used dress instead of the new one she ordered. This has been going on for a couple months now. Wedding is quickly approaching and still no dress!
This will be a complaint about our experience with David's Bridal. I will list the facts and let you decide. Let me start by saying that we are not a young couple frivolously making a complaint. Tried to leave detailed reason, but Facebook not cooperating. I's say this is poor customer service after purchase. Bought expensive dress 5+ months before wedding. David's Bridal scheduled fitting at that time for 3 months later. David's Bridal sent text message to bride day before appointment. When arrived at appointment next day, dress was not there. My godchild is a plus size girl and needs to be treated delicately. I made an appointment at a slow time when David’s Bridal was supposed to be slow. Unfortunately our sales consultant was working with two customers at the same time. It was frustrating to say the least. I even took the care to call early to discuss the situation to be sure we would have a dedicated sales professional. The lady working the front desk was great and the consultant was too. However having to juggled with another customer was frustrating.
