My dress fitting and consultant was a great experience and time. It was what led to me finding a great consultant that was a poor rating for me. I scheduled my dress fitting online, had my email confirmation confirming my date and time and when I show up, my apt was no where to be found. I went into my appointment with a list of dresses I liked from the website. Never once did my consultant look at the list or consider my wishes. Before I had a dress on, the consultant would tell me I would like or wouldn't like a dress. My consultant was also making nasty comments about my family's input. I felt very discouraged leaving my appointment and I just felt I was trying on dresses some random lady I never met wanted, not what I wanted. I made an appointment to look at dresses. I was there 15 min early, and checked into my appointment. I was told it would be a few minutes since I was early. No problem. I was greeted by my consultant a half hour after my appointment was to begin. After trying on a few dresses a walk in came and then my appointment was basically put on hold for the walk in. Absolutely horrible. The bride made an appointment and the woman who helped us was also helping at least two other groups. All we knew was what color we wanted for the bridesmaids dresses so we told her and picked out dresses and decided to get them. The salesperson made shitty comments about not seeing us in the dresses when we did measurements like it was our fault that she was helping someone else. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I had an appointment at 3 pm on Saturday i understand that it's a busy day and prom season, but when you are a bridal shop you should have an area for brides. There were so many people that my bridal party had no where to sit. I was stuck in a small corner dressing room with dirty carpet and nowhere to sit my clothes but on the dirty floor. I am a previous employee of David's Bridal in Indianapolis. They as a store and as a corporate company have not been able to explain to me where my W2 is. I have called the store and called corporate three times now and I am either told I will be called back and wait three days to hear anything or I am sent to a payroll voicemail. As large as his company is, one would think that SOMEONE working within it could kindly and quickly answer my question. I scheduled appts weeks before for my bridesmaid and one for my maids of Honor. Both days (Thursday and Friday) we got terrible service. The first day, the woman wouldn't listen to what I wanted them to try on. The second day, I pretty much helped my bridesmaid myself in terms of finding her dresses. It was ridiculous. And never again will I go back. I'm glad I didn't give them anymore of my money and bought my dress elsewhere.

Worst experience I ever had! We arrived 10 minutes early for my daughter's appt and had to wait longer after the appt time for the consultant to help us. While the consultant (Rhonda) was helping her try on the first dress, she asked my daughter if she had looked elsewhere for dresses and if she had already found that special dress. My daughter told her that she had found one that she liked but still wanted to shop around. My experience could have been alot better but the fact that they overbooked is horrible, Rhonda was great and patient as I was with her, she just kept apologizing for not being able to give me her full attention but again the store overbooked the ladies which which is very unprofessional.
