I had set an appointment for 2 o'clock. When I walked in the door I was treated as if I was just a walk-in to begin with. They then sent me on my own to find dresses that I would like. I had already been for one appointment in another store and wanted to reconsider my choices. One particular dress from my favorites was put in my dressing, and I watched the dress leave my room FOUR times before I was actually able to get into my dressing room to try it on. Horrible experience! I had an appotintment for a bridesmaids dress and was not helped at all. I was given a dress and was only helped once. I was definitely not treated like a valued customer. I ended up going to the Southside location instead because no one seemed like they wanted to help me at this location. It was more of a hassle than anything. Very disappointed...

Past two times i’ve been here the people have been absolutely rude. Besides the lady who helped me get my dress she was the ONLY nice one. The other managers or whoever it was is absolutely rude, they were even rude to one of my bridesmaids as well AND my 2 year old daughter!!! i’ll be taking my business elsewhere, surprised this place is still open tbh

Glad to see that they're doing well enough there to turn away people that have cash ready to drop on their wedding gown. (I thought the whole point of a closing time meant they closed at that time??) Being treated so rudely when you're preparing for the biggest day of your life is a little shoddy. �

I found a nice dress wish they had more size 1-2s for the budget I had choices were very slim but I love my venue dress was a great sale price .

The Consultant Carmelita was very rude. We had an appointment scheduled weeks in advance and yet she was rushing us through every dress and leaving us waiting on her for 20 minutes she kept disappearing. We overheard Carmelita whispering about the bride to another worker named Amy saying "good luck with that one" and giggling. While we were there to spend our money on a very expensive gown for a fitting it was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. The first trip there was horrible r sales ladie was so rude...but a couple days later a new ladie called n apologized which was appreciated i did return n purchased my bride maid dress.
