Think I need to give a shout out to Makaylah at David’s Bridal in Jacksonville, FL! I have been shopping for weeks for my red carpet gown. I’ve gone to every place in Valdosta and almost every single one in Jax. After shopping for hours upon hours, I found the perfect dress last weekend, Sunday. Overall nothing to write home about... I got what I wanted and that was a bridesmaid's dress. I went and tried on the dress that I had been looking at online and ordered it to the store in the color that I wanted. The dress did come quickly BUT it's smaller than the one that I tried on originally and fits differently which is pretty frustrating considering I spent $160+ on it and now have to have it altered and hemmed. Man if there were negative stars I’d vote that - this is the second time I’ve had to deal with this place for a wedding and it just sucks the fun out of everything. No beverages on the floor meaning no champagne - girls aren’t smiling or happy to help. Finally got what we wanted specifying must come in by certain date and once paid they let us know It’s not and no refunds, no credits, no help. Never seen a more sour face bunch of jerks in my life. My future daughter in law was body shamed by one of your “associates “. Not only is this unprofessional, more importantly, it was shameful and disrespectful. I will tell any future bride to never shop in your so called establishment.

I was there yesterday with my future daughter in law and it was not the best experience. We had to wait a half hour past her appointment time to be helped. The bridal consultant was very rude to the mothers present. They also stuck the bride to be in a dressing room in the back hallway instead of the full mirrors in the front dressing rooms. Than after an 1 hr. and 15 minutes after she was helped, she was told her time was up and she would have to make another appointment. Not the bridal experience we were expecting. I am only giving 1 star cause I can't give 0. This is the worst customer service I ever experienced my whole life. They do not honor their prices, their are rude and very misleading. Do not believe in the clock in their website, they keep changing the prices despite of the promising time the sale will last. A good customer service would put the customer in first place. First and last time here. Oh, and if you do not like walk-ins, you should let people know (they are very busy with their appointments...)

Brides to be, FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO SHOP! First of all let me say, when I originally had my first appointment with alterations, it was fabulous. My seamstress worked relentlessly to make sure I was comfortable and happy with every alteration she would be making. Her friendly helpfulness is the ONLY reason I gave the place a two. When I went for my final fitting I, along with my mother were totally ignored by that day's staff. We were told to put the dress on so I did, and no one came out to even help us bustle it!
